
Kathmandu – One of India’s leading brands, ‘Jawed Habib Salon,’ has now started operations in Nepal.
The franchise salon ‘Jawed Habib: Hair and Beauty’ was inaugurated on Friday at Chhaya Center, Thamel, Kathmandu, by the renowned barber Jawed Habib himself.
According to Jawed, the salon aims to produce new talents and contribute to their skill development in the field of hairstyling. He said, “Although Jawed Habib Salon operates as a franchise, its expansion continues, and this marks the beginning of its journey in Nepal.”
“There are salons in Nepal, but the services we provide will stand out. We will offer high-quality services while also ensuring customer satisfaction,” he added.
During his first visit to Nepal, Jawed praised the local food and his stay in Kathmandu. “It is my privilege to establish Jawed Habib Salon among the Nepali people. The warm hospitality shown by Nepalese is unforgettable,” he said. “We create independent and sustainable business opportunities. We train young individuals with skills that will enable them to work anywhere in the world.”
Sonam Lama is the operator of the salon for Nepal. She revealed that approximately 5 million Nepalese rupees were invested in establishing the salon.
The salon offers services such as haircuts, beauty treatments, global coloring, highlights, nail polish, facials, and designing.
