The new poster of Laaj Sharanam has been released, revealing a new character from the movie and capturing the audience’s attention.
The poster features the film’s main cast, including Mukunda Shrestha, Mahesh Tripathi, Vijay Baral, Arpan Thapa, and Kamal Mani Nepal. Notably, actor Sitaram Kattel (Dhurmus) has gained attention for his get-up in the poster. He is portrayed wearing a dora-suruwal and a jwarikot cap in the role of a political leader. His raised hand in greeting symbolizes his political persona.
Speculations suggest that his look resembles former minister and Nepali Congress leader Mohammad Aftab Alam. Additionally, the scene in the poster showing locals carrying a coffin hints at the film’s deep storyline.
Laaj Sharanam is a film produced by the team behind the popular comedy TV series Sakkigoni. It features actors such as Arjun Ghimire (Pande), Sagar Lamsal (Bale), Harish Niraula (Krakroz), and Priyana Acharya (Munni), among others.
The film is directed by Kumar Kattel, also known as ‘Jigri Bro.’ The lead cast includes Vijay Baral, Mahesh Tripathi, Arpan Thapa, Renu Yogi, Vijay Lama, Mukunda Shrestha, Mala Limbu, and more.
Produced under the banner of JP Creation, the film’s producer is Naveen Shrestha, with Ram Naresh Shah and Srijana Khadka as co-producers. The cinematography is handled by Sudeep Baral.
Laaj Sharanam is set to release on Falgun 14 (March 10) on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri, and it is considered one of the most anticipated films of the year.
