On the eve of the song’s release, Feri Resham Filili has released two new posters.
The film’s first song, Feri Jaalma, is set to release tomorrow, Thursday. A small preview of the song’s audio and video has already been released by the production team.
One of the two posters released today features the three main actors of the film: Vinay Shrestha, Kameshwar Chaurasiya, and Supushpa Bhatt. In this poster, Vinay is shown lying on the ground, holding a passport, while actress Supushpa points a gun at him in an angry manner. Kameshwar is seen with his hands folded, seemingly asking for forgiveness.
Additionally, the background of the poster shows Nepal’s Dharahara and America’s Statue of Liberty.
The mystery behind the gun pointed at Vinay by Supushpa seems to be the central element around which the film’s story is built.
Moreover, the poster also reveals the film’s exploration of the attraction and fascination many Nepalis have for the dream country, America, through a familial and social lens. With its comedic approach to the subject, the film is expected to be an entertaining package, similar to its prequel.
The second poster features most of the cast. In this poster, actor Vinay appears cheerful as he looks at his passport, while Supushpa and Kameshwar also share the same joyful expression.
In addition to them, actors Nir Shah, Shishir Wangdel, Rabindra Jha, Mahesh Tripathi, Avonraj Upreti, and Maxem Gaudel are depicted in different moods. Their expressions are likely to add intrigue and make the film more captivating for the audience.
The film is directed by Niraj Maharjan, who also wrote the story.
The cast includes Vinay, Supushpa, Kameshwar, Nir Shah, Prakash Ghimire, Shishir Wangdel, Rabindra Jha, Laxmi Giri, Mahesh Tripathi, Avonraj Upreti, Maxem Gaudel, Prakash Ghimire, and Sajan Thapa. Except for director Pranav Joshi and actress Menuka Pradhan, most of the team from Resham Filili remains unchanged.
The film features cinematography by Susan Prajapati, screenplay by Niraj Maharjan and Akash Baral, action direction by Naresh King Yogi, and editing by Surendra Paudel. The music is composed by Kali Prasad Baskota, SD Yogi, Hark Saud, Jayan J. Waiwa, and Deepak Sharma. The film is being distributed by Govinda Shahi’s Kafia Films and Kuver Cine Distribution.
