“Ma Ta Fan Bhaye Yaar”, song from the upcoming film Pitambar set to release on Chait 29, has been made public. The song features vocals by Ashish Aviral and Asmita Adhikari, with lyrics by Anand Adhikari and music composed by Ashish Aviral.
Filmed in a location set in the Terai region, the song features the lead actors Pradeep Khadka and Divya Rayamajhi, whose chemistry is excellently choreographed by Kabiraj Gahatraj. The bonding between Pradeep and Divya is beautifully portrayed, with over a hundred background dancers. This might be the first time the audience sees Pradeep dancing along with the chorus. In his previous films, Pradeep was often seen dancing minimally, with fewer hip movements. Both the chorus and choreographer have put in significant effort to match the theme of the song.
The set, designed in a Darbariya style, has been meticulously decorated, and every prop has been presented with great care. The choreography, chorus, and performance of the artists give the making of the song an international-level feel. The costumes for both the artists and the chorus have been presented in alignment with the theme of the set.
According to the producer, Bishal Chaulagain, workers from India were brought in, along with the set, to create the song. “Since the film was shot in the Terai region, we designed the set to match the local atmosphere. We didn’t skimp on the set construction. Around 6,000 locals gathered during the shooting of this song. There was a strong chance of them being in the camera frame. However, we managed to complete the song without having the locals in the frame, which was quite challenging,” Vishal stated.
The song, released by Budha Subba Digital, also features the actors Pradeep and Divya along with Promod Agrahari, Supushpa Bhatta, Divya Dev, child actors Adhya Lamichhane, and Suprol Budathoki (Anmol).
