
On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, the announcement of the film ‘Karki Saila’ has been made. The film will be produced under the banner of Karan Bahadur Films Pvt. Ltd. and directed by Rajendra Basnet. The presenter of the film will be Krishna Bhagat Chamling.
The film’s poster was publicly released on Friday, officially announcing the production. The poster features a porter walking downhill with a heavy load on his back in a hilly region, indicating that the film will showcase rural life.
Director Rajendra Basnet stated that the film will tell the story of a man from a rural area. “Our protagonist is a porter. He carries heavy loads and wins the hearts of the people in the village by doing so, earning his livelihood,” said Basnet.
The cinematography will be by Dambar Bahadur Rai, while the story will be written by Ajit Lamichhane. The screenplay and dialogues will also be by Ajit Lamichhane, and the music will be composed by Jivanath Gautam. The film will be shot in various locations in Sahidbhumi Rural Municipality, Dhankuta. The casting process for the film has already begun, according to the production team.
