The character poster of the Nepali feature film Eklo has been released. Based on science fiction, the film’s main character, played by Suraj Singh Thakuri, has been introduced through the poster. Thakuri appears in a terrifying look, and the poster reveals that his character’s name is Kaal.
Suraj Singh Thakuri is known for appearing in a limited number of films but making a significant impact with his performances. His new look has heightened audience curiosity about Eklo. Viewers can anticipate something different from this film.
The film is directed by Pradeep Shahi. Residing in the UK, this is Shahi’s third directorial venture. He aims to create Eklo on a Hollywood-level scale. Currently, the film is in its post-production phase in London. The director has stated that the release date will be finalized only after the film’s completion.
The movie boasts an impressive lineup of actors, including Pradeep Khadka, Vijay Lama, Sunil Thapa, Diya Pun, Benisha Hamal, Dinesh DC, Kavita Nepali, Suraj Singh Thakuri, Trichu Rai, Krishna Bhakta Maharjan, Bikash Adhikari, Diggaj Khatri, Binod Subedi ‘Kshitij,’ Srisheh Shrestha, child actors Jemin Shrestha and Syon Sabik Singh, along with British actor Jamie Bacon.
The producers of Eklo include Raju Kumar Gurung, Hari Shrestha, Bishnu Tamang, Utsav Bista, Bhairaja Thapa, Navin Siva, and Bagbir Pun, while Binod Subedi ‘Kshitij’ serves as the executive producer.
The film’s cinematography is handled by Babu Shrestha, with Raju Tamang as the action director. Raju Painter is the set designer, Santosh Lama is the art director, and Dron Prasad Poudel ‘Theuke’ is the production designer.
