Actor Uttam Pradhan has arrived in Nepal from India for the shooting of the film ‘Kalli’, which is set to begin tomorrow. The film’s presenter, Kiran Nepali, welcomed Uttam at the airport.
Uttam plays the lead role in the film. He will be staying in Nepal for 35 days. According to presenter Nepali, Uttam will remain in Nepal throughout the entire filming period.
This film, being produced under the banners of Lekali Entertainment and Kasturi Production, will begin shooting in Kathmandu tomorrow. The story and direction of the film are by Lakshman Sunar. The producers of the film are Himal Kadariya and Amala Devi Rai. The film’s script is written by Mahesh Dwadi, and Saroj Nepali serves as the executive producer.
The film features performances by Uttam Pradhan, Saugat Malla, Arpan Thapa, Benisha Hamal, Nazir Husen, Barsha Raut, Vinod Nyaupane, Rair Rai, Priyanka Acharya, Geeta Adhikari, Kuldeep Adhikari, Begum Nepali, and others.
The film will be shot by cinematographer Nisal Paudel, and the main producer is Suraj Acharya. Uttam Pradhan is making his return to Nepali films after more than a decade. During this period, he worked with actress Niruta Singh in a music video.
