Advance booking for the movie ‘Laaj Sharanam’ has officially opened. The film, set to release this Wednesday, became available for booking from Monday.
Multiplex theaters across the country have provided an enthusiastic number of shows for the movie. Nepal’s largest multiplex chain, QFX, has allotted 65 shows, with 29 in the Kathmandu Valley and 36 outside the Valley.
Other multiplexes have also scheduled multiple shows: Big Movies has 5, Fcube Cinemas has 4, and BSR has 4. INI and One Cinemas are yet to finalize their show allocations. According to Khalti App, ‘Laaj Sharanam’ has secured a total of 101 shows in the theaters where bookings have already opened.
‘Laaj Sharanam’ is one of the most highly anticipated films of the year. It is set to release on February 26 (Falgun 14), coinciding with the occasion of Maha Shivaratri.
The film is produced by the team behind the popular comedy TV series ‘Sakkigoni’. Actor Sitaram Kattel (Dhurmus) plays the lead role, and the movie is directed by Kumar Kattel.
The cast includes Vijay Baral, Arjun Ghimire, Sagar Lamsal, Harish Niraula, Priyana Acharya, Mahesh Tripathi, Arpan Thapa, Renu Yogi, Vijay Lama, Mukunda Shrestha, and Mala Limbu.
Produced under the banner of JPT Creation, the film’s producer is Naveen Shrestha, with Ram Naresh Shah and Srijana Khadka serving as co-producers.
