Singer Durgesh Thapa visited the hospital on Tuesday to meet the injured individuals who were involved in an accident while attending his concert.
During his performance at a concert in Chunikhel, Budhanilkantha, a barrier collapsed, trapping and injuring four audience members.
Among them, one person suffered a broken leg.
On Tuesday morning, Thapa visited Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital to meet the injured individuals. He assured them that he would take the initiative for their treatment and also committed to covering their food and living expenses for three months.
Thapa has pledged to pay for the food and rent of the injured person, who hails from Bajhang.
Additionally, he stated that he would request the event organizers to bear the hospital expenses. Along with this, he has also decided to cover the school fees of the injured person’s child for three months.
Thapa’s latest song, “Dushman Hereko Heryai,” has made it to YouTube Music’s global trending list.
