Marking the arrival of the New Year 2082, the team of the upcoming film Pitambar, set to release on Chaitra 29, celebrated Holi on Thursday in the capital.
The film’s director, Krisha Chaulagain, producer Bishal Chaulagain, and actors Pradeep Khadka, Divya Dev, Supushpa Bhatt, among others, played Holi by smearing colors on each other.
The film team also celebrated Holi with a group of journalists.
Produced under the banners of KP Films and Purushottam Pradhan Films, Pitambar features Pradeep Khadka, Dayahang Rai, Saugat Malla, Aryan Sigdel, Anup Bikram Shahi, Surakshya Panta, Gauri Malla, Rabindra Jha, Pramod Agrahari, Kameshwar Chaurasia, Tika Pahadi, Sulabh Pahadi, Surabir Pandit, Bishal Pahadi, Divya Dev Pant, Supushpa Bhatt, Divya Rayamajhi, Gaurav Bista, Ashish Purush, Lalit Bista, Kishor Bhatt, Binod Kumar Paudel, Narayan Kafle, and Rabindra Bhattarai in acting roles.
Child actors Arnab Ghimire, Prayus Dutta Subedi, Aadhya Lamichhane, Aaroh Chaulagain, and Suprol Budhathoki (Anmol) have also performed in the film. Directed by Krisha Chaulagain, the film has Bishal Chaulagain as the producer, with Purushottam Pradhan, Aadhya Lamichhane, and Aaroh Chaulagain as co-producers, and Suman Gautam as the executive producer.
The film features a screenplay and dialogues by Pradeep Bhardwaj and Abhimanyu Nirvi, cinematography by Purushottam Pradhan, Sher Bahadur Lama, and Mankrishna Maharjan, editing by Bande Prasad, music by Ashish Aviral and Babul Giri, and action choreography by Himal KC.
The film is being distributed by RR Films.
