After being active in music video direction and film cinematography for a long time, director Randhir Shrestha is set to make his debut in feature films.
On the occasion of the festival of colors, Holi, the formal announcement of his written and directed film Kumbh has been made.
The first look poster of the action genre film Kumbh has also been released. The poster features four main characters, with one of them riding a horse.
Newcomer Ashok Aryan, renowned actors Sunil Thapa, Sushil Pokharel, Afsana Thapa, and Rohit Rumba have already signed on for the film. The production team has stated that the search for the lead actress is still ongoing.
The film is scheduled to go on floors in the second week of Chait (March-April). The cinematography will be handled by Randhir Shrestha, while the action direction will be by Dwand Samrat Basnet.
The film is produced by Randhir Shrestha and Rajesh Sah, with Dhruvraj Parajuli as the co-producer and Ishwar Ballabh Upreti as the executive producer.
