Is ‘Karma’ Only Action? Here’s What Director Saurabh Says

Saurabh Choudhary, the director of the movie ‘Karma’ set to release on Chait 29, has urged not to understand his film only from the action perspective.

Though there is action in the movie, he claims that the film will present a story inspired by true events.

“The film has action, but it’s not just action. It tells the story of a character. When this character gets caught in various struggles, the film showcases what kind of battle he fights to get out,” he said.

Similarly, he shared why Bipin Karki was chosen for the movie. According to him, the 20 minutes of action in the movie alone could not carry the film, so Bipin Karki was selected as the right actor who could carry the entire film.

He said, “We didn’t just want an action hero. We needed an actor who could carry the entire film. That’s why we chose Bipin Karki. I am very happy to work with an honest and disciplined actor like him. Even in action scenes, Bipin ji has worked very hard.”

Furthermore, Saurabh claimed that although there were many action sequences in his previous film ‘Highspeed,’ the action scenes in his new movie ‘Karma’ are different from the ones shot for entertainment.

He also stated, “The movie aims to entertain the audience, and I am confident that this goal will be fulfilled.”
