Actor Hassan Raja Khan, who made his debut in the Nepali film industry with the film “Alvida”, has completed the shooting of his film “One of the Millions” in the United States.
The film’s shooting was completed in 11 days, as informed by actor Khan. The film is directed by Vishal Sapkota and tells the story of a Nepali immigrant’s dream of reaching America. The film is based on the story of a Nepali who risks everything to go to America in hopes of securing a better future by taking illegal routes, according to the production team.
Alongside Hassan, actor Subash Thapa plays a major role in the film. The film, shot by Rameshwar Karki, is expected to win the hearts of the audience.
In this film, in addition to Hassan and Subash, over 20 actors based in America also perform.
Hassan, who won the ‘Mr. Capital’ title in 2009 in Kathmandu, had also acted in the film “Romeo” after “Alvida”. He believes that this film will further increase his popularity among the audience.
In 2015, Hassan won the ‘Best Newcomer’ award at the ‘NEFTA Awards’ held in Doha, Qatar, and also participated in the ‘Global Film Awards’ held in New York, where he announced the production of the film “Departure”.
One of the Millions is set to be released at various international festivals and will then be released in Nepal.
