Renowned Singer Durgesh Thapa Sings for the Film ‘Karma’

Singer Durgesh Thapa has lent his voice to a song for the film Karma, written and directed by Saurabh Chaudhary. Thapa himself confirmed that he has sung a song for the film.

The song, which was recorded a few days ago, was filmed on Sunday. It has been confirmed that this song will be featured within the film.

The song will showcase performances by the film’s lead actors, including Bipin Karki, Upasana Singh Thakuri, and Mukun Bhusal. According to the production team, the song will be officially released in a few days.

Set to release on Chaitra 29, Karma will hit theaters in Nepal and abroad simultaneously as part of the New Year 2082 celebrations.

Meanwhile, the production team is set to release another song, Paagal Paagal Jastai, sung by Sushant KC, this evening.

Sushant KC makes his playback singing debut with Karma. The production team filmed the music video for this song a few days ago. It features KC’s lyrics, music, and vocals.

Sushant KC enjoys immense popularity among the youth. He rarely sings for others, as he primarily releases music through his own YouTube channel. Each of his songs has garnered millions of views.

The film Karma stars Bipin Karki, Upasana Singh Thakuri, Mukun Bhusal, Divyadev, Sarita Giri, Ben Basnet, Sujyan Silwal, Anil Budhathoki, and Nirmal Sharma, among others.

Blending action, drama, and suspense, the film’s story has been written by director Chaudhary himself.

Seven Seas Cinema has acquired the international distribution rights for Karma.

The film features music direction by Bhaskar Swar, choreography by Kabiraj Gahatraj, action direction by Shree Shrestha, editing by Nimesh Shrestha, VFX by Sameer Miya, background score by Uttam Nyaupane, publicity design by Vijay Basyal, and color grading by Rajendra Moktan.

Produced under the Artistic Entertainment banner, Karma is backed by investor Basanta Lamsal.

Director Chaudhary’s previous film, Agastya: Chapter 1, received positive responses from both audiences and critics.
