A song from the film Karma, sung by popular singer Sushant KC, has trended on YouTube within 24 hours of its release.
On Monday, the song Paagal was released through Sushant KC’s YouTube channel and secured the 7th position in YouTube’s music section trending list.
The romantic song features lyrics and music composed by KC himself. With the release of the film’s song, the hype around Karma has also increased.
The song has received a great response from the audience on YouTube. A clear example of this is its entry into YouTube’s trending list within 24 hours. So far, the song has garnered nearly 315,000 views.
For the first time, Sushant KC has sung a song for a film, creating a track that resonates with the younger generation. The short clips from the song, shared on Facebook Shorts and Reels, have been highly appreciated by viewers.
The song’s lyrics and melody carry KC’s signature flavor, which has made the film’s production team confident that the younger audience will love it.
Previously, Sushant had mentioned on social media that this was the first song of the film and that a new experience awaited audiences in theaters this Chaitra.
The film’s lead actors are featured in the song’s music video. Bipin Karki and Upasana Singh Thakuri have performed in the video, portraying a love story that unfolds in both the song and visuals.
The song captures the moment when Bipin, upon seeing Upasana, falls madly in love. The depth of love reflected in each other’s eyes is beautifully translated into the song by Sushant.

The film Karma will be released simultaneously in Nepal and abroad, premiering on Chaitra 29, coinciding with the Nepali New Year 2082.
The cast includes Bipin Karki, Upasana Singh Thakuri, Mukun Bhusal, Divyadev, Sarita Giri, Ben Basnet, Sujyan Silwal, Anil Budhathoki, and Nirmal Sharma, among others.
The international distribution rights for Karma have been acquired by Seven Seas Films.
An action-packed film, Karma is a blend of drama, suspense, and action. The story has been penned by the film’s director, Choudhary himself.
The film features music direction by Bhaskar Swar, choreography by Kabiraj Gahatraj, action direction by Shree Shrestha, and editing by Nimesh Shrestha.
With Taranath Neupane as the chief assistant director, the film also includes VFX by Samir Miya, background score by Uttam Neupane, teaser-trailer by Shahil Khan, publicity design by Vijay Basyal, and color grading by Rajendra Moktan.
