Actor Mukun Bhusal and actress Surakshya Panta have been signed for the film Chameli Ko Poi, directed by Surya Bohara.
Bhusal and Panta shared a Facebook post announcing their involvement in the film.
In addition to them, renowned comedians Narayan Tripathi, Wilson Bikram Rai, and Rajani Gurung have also joined the cast.
The film, written by Surya Bohara himself, is being produced by Sunita Sapkota and Ramnarayan Upadhyaya, while Uday Bikram Rana and Ritu Malla serve as executive producers.
Similarly, the co-producers include Narayan Tripathi, Kapil Acharya, Pradeep Kumar Sapkota, Sudip Kunwar, and Yam Prasad Oli.
Produced under the banner of Dhanlaxmi Cinemakers, the film is being made in collaboration with Everest Surya Bohara Films.
Raj Raj Shivakoti will compose the music for the film, while details regarding the remaining cast and crew will be revealed by the production team in the coming days.
The film, categorized under the comedy genre, aims to present a socially relevant story.
