The shooting of the new film Abhimanyu, produced by Vinod Paudel of Purna Bahadur Ko Sarangi, has begun.
The shooting of the film started in Kathmandu.
Directed by debutant director Sushant Gautam, the film will feature performances by Sarita Giri, Gaumaya Gurung, Laxmi Bardeva, Shishir Wangel, Kiran Shrestha, and others.
The shooting will take place in Kathmandu and Chitwan in two schedules.
The film is written by Mukesh Khanal, and the creative director is Madan Thapa, who previously directed the film Bato: Road to Death.
Sharad Mahto will serve as the Director of Photography (DOP) for this film.
The film is produced by Vinod Paudel and Gunjan Giri, with Ramesh Choulagai and Hari Shrestha as co-producers.
The film is set to release on Bhadra 27 next year and will tell the story of a character who gets trapped in a web due to the lure of money and struggles to escape.
