The trailer of Pitambar, starring Pradeep Khadka, Saugat Malla, and Dayahang Rai, which is set to release on Chaitra 29, has started trending on YouTube within just a few hours of its launch.
Unveiled at an event today, the trailer reached the 9th position on YouTube’s trending list in less than three hours. It has successfully secured a place in the “Movies” section of the platform’s trending category.
Within the first three hours of release, the multi-starrer film’s trailer garnered over 71,000 views, with the numbers continuously rising.
The immense attraction towards the trailer on YouTube suggests that the film might enjoy a strong start at the box office.
During today’s trailer launch event, lead actor Pradeep Khadka recalled how the year began on a positive note for the box office and expressed hopes for an even more exciting ending.
“This year’s opening has been fantastic since Baisakh-Jestha. I hope the closing is even more explosive. May this be a memorable year for the Nepali film industry. Thank you to the entire team,” he said.
Pradeep’s statement, combined with the trailer’s rapid entry into the trending list, strengthens expectations for the film’s box office performance. However, the final verdict will be clear only after the film’s release.
