Multistarrer Film ‘Pitambar’ Receives PG Certificate, Set to Release on Chaitra 29

The much-anticipated multistarrer film Pitambar, set to release on Chaitra 29 (April 11), has received a ‘PG’ (Parental Guidance) certificate from the Central Film Review Board (Censor Board).

With this certification, children under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by their parents to watch the film.

Directed by Krisha Chaulagain under the banner of KP Films and Purushottam Pradhan Films, Pitambar features an ensemble cast including Pradeep Khadka, Dayahang Rai, Saugat Malla, Aryan Sigdel, Anup Bikram Shahi, Sushma Pant, Gauri Malla, Rabindra Jha, Pramod Agrahari, Kameshwor Chaurasiya, Tika Pahadi, Sulav Pahadi, Surveer Pandit, Bishal Pahadi, Divyadev Pant, Supushpa Bhatt, Divya Rayamajhi, Gaurav Bista, Ashish Purush, Lalit Bista, Kishor Bhatt, Binod Kumar Paudel, Narayan Kafle, and Rabindra Bhattarai.

The film also stars child actors Arnab Ghimire, Prayush Dutta Subedi, Aadhya Lamichhane, Aaroh Chaulagain, and Suprol Budhathoki (Anmol).

Produced by Bishal Chaulagain, the film’s co-producers are Purushottam Pradhan, Aadhya Lamichhane, and Aaroh Chaulagain. Suman Gautam serves as the executive producer. The screenplay and dialogues are written by Pradeep Bhardwaj and Abhimanyu Nirvi.

Purushottam Pradhan has handled the cinematography (DOP), with additional cinematography by Sher Bahadur Lama and Man Krishna Maharjan. Editing and trailer by Bande Prasad, VFX by Samir Miya and Satyam Rana, music by Ashish Aviral and Babul Giri, and action direction by Himal KC.

Pitambar will be distributed by RR Films.
