The multi-starrer film Pitambar, set to release this Friday, has its trailer trending at number one in YouTube’s movie section. Released this past Tuesday amid an official event, the trailer has already garnered over 2 million views and the count continues to rise.
Directed by Krisha Chaulagain under the banners of KP Films and Purushottam Pradhan Films, the film features performances from Pradeep Khadka, Dayahang Rai, Saugat Malla, Aryan Sigdel, Anoop Bikram Shahi, Sushma Pant, Gauri Malla, Rabindra Jha, Pramod Agrahari, Kameshwar Chaurasiya, Tika Pahadi, Sulav Pahadi, Survir Pandit, Bishal Pahadi, Divyadev Pant, Supushpa Bhatt, Divya Rayamajhi, Gaurav Bista, Ashish Purush, Lalit Bista, Kishor Bhatt, Binod Kumar Paudel, Narayan Kafle, and Rabindra Bhattarai.
As child actors, Arnab Ghimire, Prayus Dutta Subedi, Aadhya Lamichhane, Aaroh Chaulagain, and Suprol Budhathoki (Anmol) have also performed in the film.
Produced by Bishal Chaulagain, the film has Purushottam Pradhan, Aadhya Lamichhane, and Aaroh Chaulagain as co-producers. Suman Gautam is the executive producer. The screenplay and dialogues are written by Pradeep Bhardwaj and Abhimanyu Nirvi. Purushottam Pradhan is the DOP. Cinematography is by Sher Bahadur Lama and Man Krishna Maharjan, while editing and trailer editing are done by Bande Prasad. The music is composed by Ashish Aviral and Babul Giri, with action direction by Himal KC. The film is being distributed by RR Films.
