The booking for Karma and Pitambar, both set to release simultaneously from Friday, has opened.
According to the public show schedule, QFX chain has allotted 19 shows in the Kathmandu Valley for Karma, directed by Saurabh Chaudhary, while Pitambar, directed by Krisha Chaulagain, has received 27 shows.
Karma features performances by Bipin Karki, Mukun Bhusal, Upasana Singh Thakuri, Divya Dev, Ben Basnet, among others.
Similarly, Karma has secured 4 shows at Big Movies, 5 at Fcube, 3 at INI Lotse, 3 at INI New Baneshwor, and 3 at BSR Movies.
Since some theaters are yet to finalize their schedules, Karma is also expected to receive a satisfactory number of shows. As of the preparation of this report, the film has received 61 shows across the country.
Pitambar has been allotted 27 shows at Fcube and 6 at Big Movies.
It has also received 4 shows at INI Lotse Mall, 4 at INI New Baneshwor, and 4 at BSR Movies.
With more shows being added in several theaters, Pitambar, directed by Krisha Chaulagain, is likely to receive an even higher number of screenings.
In QFX’s outside-Kathmandu locations, the film has secured 22 shows. So far, the film has received 90 shows nationwide.
This film features performances by Pradeep Khadka, Dayahang Rai, Saugat Malla, Pramod Agrahari, Anup Bikram Shahi, Divya Dev, Gaurav Bisht, Sushma Pant, Supushpa Bhatt, Divya Rayamajhi, among others.
As the final releases of the year, both films are expected to energize the Nepali box office and bring a joyful conclusion to the year 2081.
