Falgunananda Lingden Films Pvt. Ltd. is set to produce the film ‘Matribhumi’. The producer of the film is Kavita Rai Lingden.
The film, written and directed by Dinesh Lingden, will feature performances by Sanjib Thebe, Sonia Sharma, Bhim Bahadur Magar, Laxmi Yonghang, Bharat Mall, Rajkumar Lingden, Suman Thamsuhang, Keshavram Rai, Sangmu Sherpa, Rohit Rumba, Naresh Kumar Menyangbo, Chunglamu Sherpa, Kumbha Bahadur Gharti, Nisma Jimi, Surya Simkhada, and Shambhu Phombo.
According to director Lingden, the film’s story is based on Nepal’s diverse ethnic groups, customs, and cultures. He stated that the shooting will take place in Kathmandu, various eastern districts of Nepal, and some parts in the United States.
Naresh Kumar Menyangbo is the presenter of the film, while Bhim Bahadur Magar serves as the executive producer and Basanta Thebe as the co-producer.
The film features Punya Ojha and Babu Tamang as action directors, Janak Karki as the choreographer, Samrat Karki as the cinematographer, Deepak Tamang as the chief assistant director, and Chheda Sherpa as the technical director.
Dawa Rinzing Sherpa will handle production management, while Navaraj KC will be in charge of international management.
