Ashok Sharma’s ‘Double Triple’ Set to Release on Falgun 1

The release date of the film Double Triple, directed by Ashok Sharma, has been officially announced. Previously scheduled for a Dashain release during Phulpati, the film will now hit theaters on Falgun 1, coinciding with Valentine’s Day.

On the eve of the Nepali New Year 2082, director Sharma announced the new release date through a Facebook post. In the post, he wrote:
“Since many films were slated for release during Dashain, we tried to coordinate and reduce the number of simultaneous releases to ensure safety for fellow producers. But no one was willing to budge even an inch. Therefore, Double Triple will now release on Falgun 1, 2082.”

The film features a stellar cast including Dayahang Rai, Khagendra Lamichhane, Miruna Magar, Keki Adhikari, Rajaram Paudel, Uday Subba, Wilson Bikram Rai, Mao Tse Gurung, Buddhi Tamang, Ram Prasad Khanal, and Survir Pandit. The story and screenplay are co-written by director Sharma and Rajesh Sitoula.

Double Triple includes music by Shambhujeet Baskota, dialogues by Shan Basnyat, cinematography by Alok Shukla, action direction by Raju Kiranti, and choreography by Sunil Kshetri.

Nagendra Ghimire is the production controller. The producers of the film are Kiran Sharma Paudyal, Kirti Sharma, and Ankit Sharma.
