
Mohar marks the first film release of the year for popular actor Paul Shah. The production team has officially announced that the movie will hit theaters on Shrawan 23 (corresponding to early August in the Gregorian calendar).
Produced under the banner of Film Makers Pvt. Ltd., Moher is written and directed by Om Pratik, with Chumban Jung Shahi serving as the film’s producer. The cast includes Paul Shah, Benisha Hamal, Niti Shah, Arjun Jung Shahi, Mithila Sharma, Rabindra Jha, Laxmi Giri, Sushil Devkota, and child artist Sara Sharma.
The production has recently released several official stills featuring lead actor Paul Shah in a rugged new avatar. Sporting long hair and carrying a traditional musket-style firearm, Shah’s look has sparked curiosity among fans regarding the nature of his role in the film.
The film’s cinematography is handled by Dipen Basnyat, with Kumar Maharjan choreographing the action sequences. Bhupendra Adhikari is in charge of editing, while music is composed by Suresh Adhikari and SD Yogi, with lyrics by Pramod Dhungana and Hark Saud.
Giriraj Ghimire serves as the assistant director, while choreography is directed by Kaviraj Gahatraj and Ramji Lamichhane. Laxmanraj Paudel is the production controller. The movie has been filmed across various scenic locations including Dang, Arghakhanchi, Rolpa, Pyuthan, and Kathmandu.
Paul Shah has expressed great excitement about the film and his role in it. He shared that audiences will get to see him in a completely different look this time. However, the production team has remained tight-lipped about the film’s plot and storyline.
