
The second song from the film Jante Bakhro, titled Angurko Jhuppo, directed by Simosh Sunuwar, has been officially released. The song features lyrics and composition by Mahesh Kafle, with arrangement, mixing, and mastering by Rikesh Gurung. Vocals are provided by Mahesh Kafle, joined by Asmita Adhikari.
The music video, released on Friday, features the film’s lead actors Asif Shah and Garima Sharma. In the video, Asif can be seen praising and charming Garima through the lyrics. The film also stars Saugat Malla, Rama Thapaliya, Lokendra Lekhak, Kamal Devkota, Bishal Pahadi, Rusha Nyaupane, Kusum Sharma, Sneha Joshi, Samapika Gautam, and Kushal Gajmer, among others.
Produced under the banner of Muin Entertainment, Jante Bakhro is a social comedy. The story, screenplay, and dialogues are written by Pradeep Bhardwaj, while Santosh Gautam serves as the producer. In Nepali culture, Jante Bakhro refers to the goat prepared for a special feast served to wedding guests on the day the bride arrives at the groom’s house. The film’s plot is centered around this cultural practice.
Scheduled for simultaneous release in Nepal and abroad on Jestha 23 (June 5), the film includes cinematography by Uttam Humagai, direction of photography by Hari Humagai, editing by Sunil Shivabhakti, and poster design by Royal Bhimsen (Trident Concept Team). The film will be distributed by Tiflke Films, while its digital rights have been acquired by G21 Digital.
