Actor Ramesh Upreti has been signed for the film Maharajdhiraj. He has been cast in one of the lead roles.
Ramesh is making a comeback to films after a long time. Maharajdhiraj will be his first film after Aishwarya. Although he was signed for some films in the meantime, they were never released. However, Ramesh did appear in a few music videos.
Maharajdhiraj is being directed by Parichhed Sen.
The poster of Maharajdhiraj has already been released. On the occasion of Phulpati, the production team had announced the film’s release date and revealed that actor Pal Shah will play the lead role.
In the poster, Paul is seen in two different characters. In one, he appears nude (without clothing), sitting on a throne. In the other, his character is shown wearing a royal sage’s costume, adorned with a crown on his head and a scepter in hand.
The film’s script is written by director Sen himself. His previous directorial project, Premganj, was critically acclaimed.
The presenter of Maharajdhiraj is Biraj Bishta, who previously produced Bulaki, a film that also won a national award. The producers of the film are Topendra Bista, Chakrabahadur K.C., and Ravi Khadka.
