The look of actor Kedar Ghimire, popularly known as ‘Magne Buda’, has been revealed from the set of the film Maitighar, which is currently being shot.
In the newly released look, Kedar Ghimire is seen sitting on a cot and looking at his mobile phone. At first glance, his appearance resembles that of a village chief. However, the production team has not commented on the matter.
Directed by Milan Tamang, the film is being made with a focus on Tamang culture. The release date has been confirmed for Phulpati during the Dashain festival.
Currently, the filming is taking place in Takam village of Myagdi. The shoot will continue for 20 days in Takam and another 20 days in the Tatopani area of Darbang.
The film features performances from Yuvraj Lama, Kedar Ghimire, Dhiraj Magar, Prakash Saput, Upasana Singh Thakuri, Shyamashree Sherpa, Buddhi Tamang, and Shishir Wangdel, among others.
With cinematography by Susan Prajapati, the film is being produced by Rohit Adhikari, Rabin Sherchan, and Dhiraj Tamang under the banner of Rohit Adhikari Films.
