The wait is finally over! On Sunday, the much-anticipated trailer for Pushpa 2: The Rule was unveiled, generating excitement among fans worldwide.
The two-minute preview gives audiences a thrilling glimpse into the sequel starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil.
Picking up two years after the original, the trailer reveals Pushpa Raj’s return—now wielding even more power and influence. With its breathtaking visuals, adrenaline-pumping action scenes, and a gripping soundtrack, this sequel appears poised to surpass its predecessor.
The trailer dives deep into Pushpa Raj’s world as he fights to claim what he believes is rightfully his. Rashmika Mandanna briefly appears as Srivalli, adding a touch of emotion, while Fahadh Faasil’s intense portrayal of the villain Bhanwar Singh Shekawat promises a fierce showdown. Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2: The Rule is a sequel to his 2021 hit Pushpa: The Rise. The original film followed Pushpa’s journey from a humble laborer to a notorious red sanders smuggler, eventually becoming a feared gangster. It was a massive box-office success, particularly breaking records in Hindi-speaking regions.
Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil will reprise their roles as Pushpa Raj, Srivalli, and Bhanwar Singh Shekawat, respectively. The film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, with Devi Sri Prasad returning as the music composer. Tracks like “Pushpa Pushpa Pushpa” and “Sooseki” have already garnered positive reactions.
Scheduled for a grand release on December 5, Pushpa 2: The Rule will hit theatres in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Bengali. However, it will face stiff competition at the box office from the Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer Chhaava, which releases just a day later.
