A person has been arrested for deceiving unemployed youth by promising to send them to New Zealand for employment with attractive salaries.
Based on a complaint filed by the victims, an investigation revealed that 24-year-old Nabina Dahal was involved in fraudulent activities by claiming to send people to New Zealand. She was arrested from the Sinamangal area in Kathmandu.
Nabina Dahal is a resident of Siddhicharan Municipality, Okhaldhunga district, and currently resides in Madhyapur Thimi, Bhaktapur. She had defrauded the victims of a sum of NPR 100,000, promising to send them abroad. Despite her claims, the victims were not sent abroad, and after losing contact with her, they filed a complaint with the police.
Dahal was arrested from Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward No. 9, Sinamangal, and has been sent to the Department of Foreign Employment in Tahachal, Kathmandu, for further investigation and legal action.
