
The film Hrashwa Dirgha, featuring renowned Indian and Nepali actors, is set for a dual-language release in both Nepali and Hindi in Nepal.
On Friday, Seven Seas Entertainment acquired the overseas distribution rights for the film, confirming that it will be available in both languages.
The film is scheduled for a Nepal release on Kartik 30 (mid-November), with the international release planned a week later on Mangsir 7 (late November). Seven Seas has obtained rights for the film in both Hindi and Nepali languages for the diaspora.
One of the directors of Seven Seas, Binod Poudel, announced that Hrashwa Dirgha will premiere in overseas box offices.
According to actor Harihar Adhikari, two months after the Nepali and Hindi release, the film is expected to launch in Telugu as well.
“Our film features several prominent South Indian and Bollywood actors, which is why we are releasing Hrashwa Dirgha in Hindi and Telugu, alongside Nepali, for wider distribution in India,” Adhikari said, highlighting the strong interest from Indian distributors.
The film is produced by Neeta Dhungana, with Dhananjaya Galani as the executive producer.
Movie cast includes Harihar Adhikari, Neeta Dhungana, Brahmanandam, Ali, Kabir Duhan Singh, Pradeep Rawat, Sunil Verma, Prashant Tamrakar, Sanchita Luitel, Bipana Thapa, Saroj Khanal, Naren Khadka, Garima Sharma, Rabindra Jha, Ardash Mishra, Buddhi Tamang, and Kiran KC, among others.
The story, written by Harihar Adhikari, includes a screenplay co-written by Adhikari, Pratik Poudel, and director Chandra Pant.
The film’s cinematography was handled by renowned Bollywood cinematographer Kabir Lal.
